Deep below the Zaca Mountains lies a wine cave that stores some of Napa’s most brutish and contemplative Cabernets and Red blends. These wines belong to Hourglass winery. Hourglass has built a reputation for crafting collectible wines that are classically structured and silky in texture. The winemaking is led by the legendary Tony Biagi who believes in assembling wines like a complex puzzle that lead to a beautiful picture moving through particular focal points and counterpoints. A very postmodern, artistic approach to winemaking. July’s Wine Club will feature two spectacular wines from Hourglass! 

Single Cru Members will receive the 2017 Hourglass ‘HG3’ Napa Valley Red Blend
Premier & Seasonal Cru Members will also receive the 2013 Ten Acre Russian River Pinot Noir
Grand Cru Members will receive two additional bottles, 2018 Hourglass Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc and the 2013 Bella ‘Hillside Cuvee’ Rhone Red Blend. 

Its taken me almost 5 years to receive an allocation of Hourglass for our wine club and I’m more than elated to share these tremendous wines with you!
