Valnero" by Annesanti is a Sangiovese produced with freedom and productive mastery by the winemaker Francesco. Its peculiarity is the long maceration on the skins for 100 days after fermentation so as to give the nose floral, balsamic, slightly spicy sensations and return to the glass an integral and pulsating fruit and a great palatal cleanness.
