Bee Hunter Anderson Valley Pinot Noir   


Sourced from six different vineyards in Anderson Valley with a broad spectrum of flavor profiles. Three on the valley floor mid-valley, with two on the East ridge and one on the West ridge. Hand-harvested and fermented in small half-ton fermenters. 10% whole cluster fermentation. Punch down by hand. 20% new French Oak, 22 months in barrel. Floral and spicy on the nose with a hint of earthiness. Classic Anderson Valley Pinot Noir with red fruit predominating followed by some darker fruit in the finish. Fine-grained tannins with a long spicy finish. Drink now through 2028.
